Two complete gearboxes disassembled in Ghana (Africa).
We had to inspect and repair the inner shaft of the gearbox.

Supply of bearings and seals of gearbox Flender DMGH 25.4 to Kuwait.

The conversion operations consists of:

- Performing of an alignment check on the dredge pump gearbox on location.
  For the alignment check, a laser shaft alignment system was used.
  With this system, the alignment of equipment can be measured accurately.
- Deploying of the inspection report.

Inspection and Repair of an Renk Gearbox

Our engineer went to Nigeria for inspection of the gearbox.
We found that the friction plates had te be renewed.
Our findings were reported to our client and we renewed plates.

The conversion operations consists of:

- Disassembling, cleaning and inspection of the gearbox.
- Performing of the repair constructions.
- Deploying of the inspection report.

Inspection and repair on Inspection of various gearboxes at Sierra Leone gearbox

- Inspection, assembly including testing in 7 days with local assistance.
- The Gearbox with input and output shafts are still in position on ship.
- Clutch units are in an local workshop. These have to be repaired and fitted to the gearbox on board the ship.

Inspection of gearbox of brand KRUPP in Tanzania. Our customer has repaired the pinion shaft of the gearbox. The repaired pinion bearings temperature was raising to 90 degree centigrade and also running with high vibration. Our customer asked to inspect the gearbox to report its condition.

Overhaul of complete broken gearbox. New internals in 2.5 week time.
