Thyssen gearbox overhaul from client for Botlek area
We received a gearbox from the Thyssen brand in our factory in Oud-Beijerland from a customer from the Botlek.
The gearbox was subjected to a thorough inspection and then completely overhauled by us. The bearings, gaskets and seals were replaced. After thoroughly cleaning the gearbox, we also applied a new layer of paint on the outside to prevent rust and to allow the gearbox to last for years.
Of course, after the overhaul, the gearbox was also subjected to a 4-hour no-load test run. This showed that the gearbox was in excellent condition again and could therefore be transported back to the customer in the Botlek.
