Overhaul for a client from Breda
Last year we received a gearbox from the Kachelmann brand from a customer from Breda.
In our factory in Oud-Beijerland we carried out the inspection and overhaul on the gearbox. In addition to the standard overhaul, we performed the following activities:
- flushing the pipework
- Refresh vent plug
- Renew the oil level eye (with thread) and make a threaded hole in the casing
- Toothing and other internal parts manually checked
After the revision and the additional work, the gearbox was externally given a DTM coating.
Before the gearbox could be transported back to the customer in Breda, a test run had to be carried out. After the final quality check was completed, the gearbox including an extensive test run report was delivered to the customer again.
