Brinkmann gearbox repair for a client from Antwerp
We received a gearbox from the Brinkmann brand for a revision from a Belgian customer from the chemical industry.
The inspection of the gearbox revealed that the incoming shaft at the location of the oil seal had fallen heavily. These issues were addressed during the revision.
But the bearings, seals, seals, vent cap and magnet stop of the gearbox were also replaced in our workshop in Oud-Beijerland. The gearbox was then given a new layer of paint on the outside to prevent rust in the future.
After a test run of the gearbox in our test setup, the gearbox went back to transport to the customer in Antwerp.
