Visual inspection of 2 gearboxes on location:
- Dismantling of the inspection hatches of the gearboxes.
- The inspection hatches by the visual inspection of the inside.
- Determination of the condition of the inside through (digital) photo `s.
- Determination of the condition of the bearings by (digital) pictures.
- The refit of the inspection hatches and possibly renew the gasket.
- Analyzing the findings and record in a complete report.
- Digital sending of the report to the customer and explain if desired.

Performing a standard gearbox overhaul to below, total 6.

The standard overhaul consists mainly of:
- General cleaning and disassembly of all components.
- Inspection and reporting. (stop point)
- Assembly and testing.

Inspection performed on the propulsion gearbox Hangzhou Advance.

- Inspection, assembly including testing in 7 days with local assistance.
- The Gearbox with input and output shafts are still in position on ship.
- Clutch units are in an local workshop. These have to be repaired and fitted to the gearbox on board the ship.

After several repairs during the last years by repairing companies, our company was asked for an repair and modification for this gearbox. Because our company has the largest coarse analyse department, we were able to do the repair in 3 weeks with all the alignment and flatness checks, line-boring of the gearbox onboard and developing an modification for the PTO-shafts.
