Our activities in the Maritime Industry

The conversion operations consists of:

- Disassembling, cleaning and inspection of the gearbox.
- Performing of the repair constructions.
- Deploying of the inspection report.
- Renewing of all seals, bearings and innerrings.

Inspection and Repair of an Renk Gearbox

- Performing a visual inspection on 72 jack-up gearboxes with endoscope
- Making complete inspection reports.
- Making revision proposals regarding the damage found inside the gearboxes.

- Performing an inspection on this gearbox.
- Repairing oil leakage on port side gearbox.
- Checking all oil pipes for any damage.

Visual inspection on gearbox Lohmann & Stolterfoht.
Inspection on the starboard side propulsion gearbox.
Complete inspection report.

- Repairing the gears of Lohmann Stolterfoht gearbox.
- Inspection with our videoscope on site.
- Repairing the leakage.

We performed an inspection and revision on gearbox HYOSUNG 440-KIPS-SPH80.

The conversion operations consists of:

- Disassembling of the forwardbox.
- Performing of the repair constructions.
- Disassembling and cleaning of the planetary gearbox.
- Renewing of the output shaft bearing.

Visual inspection on every bearing and gear with our
endoscope and camera. We also inspected the oil and oil filters onsite.

Assembling of the spacers on gearbox of Demag HVK 32 2.
Our work was performed onsite.

Delivering different parts of gearbox Rhenania ALNps43 160 Z to our client.
We also assembled the whole gearbox and replaced the bearings.

Rhenania gearbox was damaged.
We performed an inspection and revision. This includes:
Disassembling, cleaning and inspection.
Inspection and reporting.
We talk about our findings with our client, when that was done
we assembled the gearbox and made a test run.

In the United Kingdom our engineers performed an inspection
and revision on gearbox Reintjes WAF 561 for our client.

Performing a standaard overhaul on gearbox Hyosung.
- Disassembling and cleaning all of the parts.
- Inspection with inspection report.
- Inspecting the housing for any tears.
- Checking all bearings for any damage.
- Assembling of the gearbox.

Performing an inspection of two gearboxes of Kuypers onsite.
Inspected for any tears in the gearboxes.
- Founding: water was filled in the oil tank.
- We repaired the damage onsite.

Performing on gearbox HANGZHOU ADVANCE GWC 52.59-01
disassembling and cleaning of the parts. In our inspection we found
the piston ring and buses should be renewed. We renewed
these parts and assembled the gearbox again.

We performed an inspection on gearbox CHONGQING GWS 52.59.
Our inspection was performed in the USA.

We performed a visual inspection on gearbox of M.A.N onsite.

At the request of our customers from Denmark, we have a repair job done on board in the port of Rotterdam. There were already complaints, so for sure one of the bores should be re-machined. Before we had to dismantle the complete gearbox and the upper casing transported to our workshop. In-house we have the machining done. Obviously we performed a further inspection. The entire repair has occurred under approval of Bureau Veritas.

We performed on gearbox Lohmann & Stolterfoht:
- Disassembled in order to check all bearings and gears.
- Control measurements of all bearings and gears.
- Removed the old and fitted the new drive gear wheel for the direct driven gear oil pump and cpp pump.
- Investigated the reason for the beak down of the first driven pumps.
- Fitted the new direct driven pumps.

We performed a visual inspection with our endoscope on
gearbox Reintjes WAF555. The occasion of the inspection:
increased iron content in oil. We repaired the damage and
assembled the gearbox again.

Our client in Lithuania had problems with the gearbox of the ship.
Engineers immediately disassembled and inspected.
After inspection and repair, the parts were send back to Lithuania.
The gearbox was assembled there again.

Performing an inspection on gearbox Reintjes WAF 2600 - 2800.
Our engineers were seven days in the United Kingdom for our client.
Findings were reported to our client, when agreement we
did repair the gearbox.

Performing on two friction shafts:
- Inspection.
- Revision.

Inspection on two pieces gearboxes.

Type: GVL 1650.
