Inspection and repair on SIEMENS B2-DH-14C gearbox

Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and repair on a gearbox SIEMENS B2-DH-14C.

The conversion operations consists of:

• Disassembling and cleaning of the gearbox.
• Performing of the repair constructions.
• Renewing of the seals and bearings.
• Re-assembling of the gearbox.
• Controlling of the contact patterns and the flank backlashes on the gears of the gearboxes.
• Preparing for test run, deploying of the gearbox, filling with oil.
• Degreasing on the outside and conserving.
• Preparing of the gearbox for shipping.
