Inspection and repair service of FLENDER SDOS 280 gearbox

Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and revision on FLENDER gearbox SDOS 280.

GBS International got this FLENDER SDOS 280 gear unit in our gearbox workshop in The Netherlands. After inspecting the gearbox, we did a full revision and testing. After our review department was done, we send the gear unit back to our client.

Scope of work:

- Disassembly, cleaning and inspection
- Renew bearings, seals and various small materials
- Assembly and adjustment
- Test run with report
- Preserve the gearbox externally in a 2-layer paint system
- Transport V.V. (pick up and delivery)
- Total standard transfer

Additional work following inspection:

- Gearbox internally blasting and preserving in the Alunol
-Inside work 1st stage; Rebuild the input pinion shaft in an oversized size, turn the gear wheel and mind
