Inspection and repair of FLENDER KADS 160-K gearbox

Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and revision on gearbox of FLENDER KADS 160-K.

The conversion operations consists of:

• Renewing of all seals and bearings.
• Renewing of various consumables such as gaskets and mounting hardware.
• Re-assembling of the gearbox.
• The facing of the bearingcaps related to axial bearing clearances.
• Controlling of the contact patterns and gear back lashes.
• Preparing for test-run, drafting of the gearbox, filling with oil.
• Degreasing on the outside of the gearbox and eqquiped with one coat after assembling.
• Preparing the gearbox for shipping.
