Scope of work:
We performed an inspection and revision on gearbox of FLENDER KADS 160-K.
The conversion operations consists of:
- Renewing of all seals and bearings.
- Renewing of various consumables such as gaskets and mounting hardware.
- Re-assembling of the gearbox.
- The facing of the bearingcaps related to axial bearing clearances.
- Controlling of the contact patterns and gear back lashes.
- Preparing for test-run, drafting of the gearbox, filling with oil.
- Degreasing on the outside of the gearbox and eqquiped with one coat after assembling.
- Preparing the gearbox for shipping.
