Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and repair on a gearbox CFEM 27H6SP.

The conversion operations consists of:

• Disassembling the complete gearbox from the platform.
• Transporting to our workshop.
• Performing of the repair constructions.
• Deploying of the inspection report.
• Renewing of pinion 2.
• Re-grinding of gear 3.
• Renewing of all seals and bearings.


• Renewing of 4 brass bearing bushes.
• Replacing of both sleeves on the input shaft.
• Replacing of air-breather.
• Re-assembling of the gearbox.
• Performing a test run.
• Blasting and conserving of the inside and outside gearbox.
• Preparing the gearbox for shipping.
